Hello All..

Recently I picked up a old 1/60 NG Freedom from my friend. The kit is a total mass..he basically just twist the parts off the trees and snapped it together.. I want to turn this 1/60 into a MG/PG like freedom...
First, I'm thinking of extending the wings with styrene sheet...but I'm not sure what is the best approach of doing that.. Can any experts shed some lights on that... epoxy putty + styrene? Cut little pieces of styrene and glue it between the new and existing pieces?

Also interms of narrowing or trimming oversize pieces..I believe the correct method is to put epoxy putty at the under side of the piece. Wait until the piece cured..then sand from the outside.. Is that the correct approach?

I'm also looking for recommendations and comments on this this project. Any comments are welcome..
