NH4+ is acidic when comparing with other substances which have pKa greater than its.
It can really act as a protonating agent in some organic synthesis (usually used in the last step to regenerate back the protonated form of our desired product.)
others can be found in textbook in public library.
if you really have problems, I strongly suggest you to ask your chemistry teacher! The fastest way is to ask and think until you finally understand!
