I am very happy.  I got the replacement part of my Mg Z gundam from Bandai.  I can finish my gundam.

Replacement parts?

You have problem parts or missing parts when you open the kits and now Bandai replace.  Or you buy the parts because you lost or broken.

How you pay the price & postage?  EMS to HKG?

Believe many forum member want to know how to do.

yes this is a good news for those who really lost or broken the parts.

there are some conditions;

If you can provide the broken parts or a pic of it, the chance is bigger for replacement.
You can only order once for a particular kit.
You can't ask bandai to replace metal parts
The quantity of the part that you want to replace can't exceed the quantity of the parts that is provided in the kit.
(say there is J12 x2 in the kit and so you can't replace J12 X3)

I am sure if a photo copy of the replacment slip can be used...can shun recnfirm on this?

This service started 1 year and a half ago. I heard sucessful stories but also rejected cases in north amerca modelers. never tried but you proved it works!!! GOOD!

those rejected cases are maily relaceing more than 8 parts or those huge parts like the base ..etc. I guess it will not be a esay thing for you to break or lost the huge base part...

I don't have replacement slip.  They want to see the picture of broken part.
