Yes I use those built-in effect from Photoshop to make the water paint effect.

I hand paint the headlight black color part, and then use "white glue" + "tape" to stick the headlight to the body.  I also use "white glue" to stick the clear headlight on to the body.  I learnt this from western modeller because they don't have many special "glue" for clear parts before, so they used "white glue" for clear parts, as long as you won't move the model around, it last long too.
