Question about delivery fee of eBAY item

Hi,

I just registered an account in eBAY and starts shopping, However, It shows that the fee of delivery for HK local is same as other places international, it looks like unreasonable…understand that it depends on service provider and sent question to owner but no response, May I know how much is the fee of delivery for HK local? Thanks

is up to the seller to decide how much for the shipping cost,
also aware of the shipping cost when you bidding.
