Although i still have miniatures waiting for share, but kit got from friend should post ASAP once finished, wish to help him regain mood. This is a recast resin kit. QC & water decals is better than i thought. But the recessed locations are difficult to clean up / repair; armor joint lines are uneven, sometime narrow, sometime wide, not parallel, different depth, etc; arm ball joint is blocked but chest; original kit even rotate the axis of gun to hold it... I replaced ball joints with spare parts from other kits. drill & install pin. Since i haven't watch Macross in childhood, VF-1S not my favorite, so chose beige color 1A. Eye not transparent clear part, hence i used miniature technique to paint it. And repaint gloss finish after mat topcoat. 這樣 2024 年第二十四作 (累計上色成品第 三 七 八 號) 入櫃了。

面罩上色好靚，漸變是手油定係噴？

點解拳頭和白色件都唔滲線呀？

刻線粗幼深淺不一, 又不平行, 滲了反突顯原模缺陷
natural shadow cast is already enough for it.
