This one is actually much easier to paint than I thought it should be. The first time I do vinyl kit as well as Sci-Fi.

With reference of one of HK modelers, I just followed his step and complete within 1 week.

I just follow the steps of one of the modeler I found on site. But of course it will not be exactly the same, cuz the paint proportion is difference. And no need to be the same.

All colour from Mr. Colour
1.) Primer, (Grey or White up to you)
2.) Black to the whole figure (I used Gloss Black)
3.) Dark Blue to the whole figure (Semi Gloss or Gloss, I forgot :)
4.) Lighter Blue to area which received light to create shades.
Repeat 3 and 4 and work and change your colour tone until you satisfy with it.

5.) use Tamiya Enamel paint and thinner, mixed either brown or pink colour, thin it up (make it very thin) and apply to whole model.
6.) use Enamel thinner and either tissue or cotton rod for small area, and wipe the excessive Brown or Pink paint. This will gives you the blood vein detail of the guyver figure.

Just don't hesitate to explore during the construction of this model, have fun,

Sorry for step 5 and 6, you could still use Mr. Colour, acrylic paint.

Those mainly is to apply to where the muscle is. Muscle between the armour.

you still need to use the Tamiya enamel paint in Black colour again, thin it up and apply to the whole model. Wipe the excessive paint, so that the black colour could all go into the crack of the armour.

After the dark tone, you can dry brush onto the model to bring some light shades, mainly light blue, apply from dark tone to light tone.

For dry brushing, you can also use Tamiya enamel paint. remember to brush it onto some paper first, until a very faint colour left out on the brush.

Better test brush on some unused subject or old model first.

From step 3 onwards, if you not sure, better to do it on old model first.
