first view, feel the horn and wing/shield at back not match its proportion;

second view, this color scheme similar to KOG?
KOG is clean, simply details, MSN-00100 also the same; Un / Phenex 's design are opposite concept,
so color scheme became "too much"

third view, no eye-catching color on it.
i.e. color wheel concept...

hence, it is nice, but not as good as unicorn.

Yes, i am using kog colour scheme but this one seems not attractive.  I believed that it’s lost of eye-catching point.  I am thinking to respray the bronze colour to metallic red (shoes colour). Secondly, some of the golden parts will use back champagne gold.  The horn will change to golden gold

The last changes may be using green eye instead of red.

For hi-nu, it’s 90% done but for this one, i really want to ask for some comment about the color scheme.  Anyway, will try to avoid posting almost done product here.

yes, sometime a cool scheme will be nice on this model kit, but feel strange on another one.
it is because a color will feel difference when adjacent/surrounded by different color.

hence, you would see my products most are in simply color scheme.
one main color;
one to two secondary color;
one to two contrast/highlight color.

so, it has
main color主色 which cover ~65% of the surface;
sub color(s) 副色which apply on the less important ~30% location;
highlight color(s) 補,提色 which let you focus on the ~5% interesting area.

then, hue, value, intensity, saturation, tint, tone, etc.
will affect the "feeling of" color(s) and the overall tone.



so, review your Phoenix now,
those gold(s) and brass are in difference tone (it is ok on KOG) and arranged too even;
the metallic red is a little bit dim, and only used once (on shoes);
metallic dark brown also used once (on backpack), not match the rest of dark grey parts;
etc.

btw, i type English just because i don't know chinese input methods (only know Q9).
so, sometime use English to reply, instead of install my "Q9 USB".
you just reply in Chinese as usually.

Om... i am thinking of using preal white to replace the bronze.  If i am still not satisfied, will spray one more clear red on these.  This should be the most secure way.

For the shoes and back pack, may use bronze to replace.

Let’s try and gain the experience.  

I am fine to use both english and chinese.  Type english is faster in phone actually.  No worry.

我試噴了淺銀藍色代替銅色.  銅色做鞋, 再執過金黃同香檳金的位置.  又用了鮮紅做眼.  睇落好似好點, 但總有點吾知點咁.  今日買多了一盒, 用番原本的透明藍件.... 鞋用番藍色.  又似乎係最順眼.....真的累爆了

i like this color scheme more (順眼), although it is typical.


you could compare this one (gold + blue) with original one (KOG color sheme), and shall find original one:
1. focus point go to shoes first;
2. can't find focus point in b/w gold, 香檳, & bronze.


this one is better, won't at shoes la,
just the color of 透明藍件 parts are inconsistent...

Not fully understand what’s you means of inconsistent?  I do nothing for the clear parts.  Just cut it out and assembly.  U means the shield at back should use clear blue parts as well?

透明藍件有些透底, 有些暗, 深淺不一.
i.e. 我會统一在透明件背上銀底才砌.

我今日油左透明件內部銀油, 真係光d.  多謝提點.

我其實一直想呢隻左青龍右白虎咁用刀劍, 特別搵左2盒3國系列的刀劍用.  大家覺得點呢?  刀劍最後會上番銀色.

btw, if you want to further increase the effect of clear parts, could spray clear/fluo blue on surface.
